The Promise of Research with Stem Cells
Calling them "our own bodies' repair kits", Susan Solomon advocates research using lab grown stem cells. Growing individualized stem cell lines has the possibility of not only targeting the treatment of a particular disease, but also tailoring the treatment to a particular individual.
